Base Pay Range $45,000.00/yr - $55,000.00/yr About the Role Our growing financial service firm in Fort Walton Beach, FL is seeking a Client Service Representative to serve the existing client base with service requests, beneficiary changes, incoming client service calls, database management, and preparation of client appointment materials. Key Skills Strong organizational skills Attention to detail and accuracy Proactive management style and consistent follow-through Active Listening and Decision Making Financial Industry experience preferred Experience with MS Office Suite and the ability to learn new software quickly CRM experience Responsibilities Assisting clients with overall maintenance of annuity accounts Handling non-financial changes, RMDs, withdrawal requests, allocations, policy renewals, etc. Filing death claims for deceased clients Obtaining all necessary paperwork from both clients and insurance carriers; ensuring the completion of claims Keeping databases updated with closed accounts, portfolio values, and general information Helping clients with online registrations for accessing accounts via Orien or directly through the company website Responding to incoming and outgoing client inquiries by phone and email Running annual RMD report for eligible clients; ensuring required distributions are taken Acting as liaison between clients and financial advisors when needed Meeting with clients if necessary Preparing balance sheet, completion, and appointment prep documents Assigning tasks provided by advisor dictations to staff Administrative / Miscellaneous Attend educational seminars and client events Assist in training and development Back up for client operations specialist Ensure all scheduled appointments are readily prepared for each financial advisor Database maintenance Hours M-F 9am-5pm Medical Insurance Vision Insurance Short-Term Disability Long-Term Disability Basic Life Insurance 401(k) PTO $45,000-$55,000 Seniority Level Associate Employment Type Full-time Job Function Finance Referrals Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Slagle Financial by 2x #J-18808-Ljbffr Slagle Financial
