The Opportunity Our community is entering a new chapter with operational improvements and strategic upgrades. We need a confident, sales-focused leasing professional who can: Generate traffic and convert leads. Drive occupancy during a lease-up phase. Support a property turnaround effort. Represent the community with energy and professionalism. You won’t just be leasing apartments — you’ll be helping rebuild a brand and reintroduce a refreshed community to the market. Key Responsibilities Leasing & Sales Greet prospects and deliver compelling community tours. Follow up with leads and close leases effectively. Meet and exceed weekly and monthly leasing goals. Lease-Up Execution Support aggressive marketing and outreach initiatives. Maintain accurate availability and pricing knowledge. Monitor market trends and competitor activity. Customer Experience Provide exceptional service from first inquiry to move-in. Maintain strong relationships with current and prospective residents. Support resident retention initiatives. Operational Support Assist with administrative tasks and reporting. Ensure model units and tour paths are always presentation-ready. Support the team during renovation-related transitions. Willingness/ability to work occasional overtime. Requirements Multifamily leasing experience required. Experience in turnaround and/or lease-up environments preferred.
