Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Long-Term Care – Contract

Shift: Nights (Variable)
Hours: 12-Hour Shifts
Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours/Week (Thursday–Saturday)
Pay Rate: $40 – $43/hr
Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,440 – $1,548/week

Job Summary

Eagle Ridge Post Acute is seeking a dependable and experienced LPN to provide compassionate nursing care for residents in a long-term care and skilled nursing environment. The LPN will administer medications, monitor resident conditions, document care, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure quality patient outcomes.

Requirements

• Active Colorado LPN License

• Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program

• Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) and/or Long-Term Care experience required

• Strong medication administration and patient assessment skills

• Reliable attendance and ability to work independently

• Willingness to pick up overtime shifts as needed

• Must be willing to work weekends when required

Required Credentials

• Active Colorado LPN License

• Diploma or Associate Degree in Practical Nursing from an accredited program

• BLS Certification (preferred or facility required)
