As a full‑time Branch Banker within PNC’s Bergen Region Retail Banking organization, you will be based in Northvale, NJ. Job Description Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities. Identify opportunities to improve the customer’s financial wellbeing and manage the customer experience. Collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow the customer’s share of wallet. Position PNC solutions to drive new revenue and customer loyalty. Drive proactive sales conversations through internal and outbound interactions, including outbound calling, service‑to‑sales, teller interactions, appointment setting, and effective lobby engagement to elevate client loyalty. Deliver a full PNC conversation with every client interaction to identify appropriate PNC solutions. Leverage ecosystem partnerships and community Centers of Influence to acquire, expand, and retain relationships. Perform lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products to meet their needs. Educate customers on options for managing financial transactions using technology, tools, and resources. Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate, and solve customer problems effectively to drive loyalty. Manage risk through adherence to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits. Demonstrate heightened scrutiny to identify and avoid loss. Participate in branch daily operations, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and accurately. Qualifications Successful candidates must demonstrate appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities for this role. Roles at this level typically require an associate’s or equivalent degree as well as related experience or product knowledge to accomplish primary duties. Typically requires 3+ years experience. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job‑specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered. Candidates will be subject to additional background checks as required by Consumer Financial Protection Bureau regulations. This role is incentive eligible with payment based upon company, business, and/or individual performance.
