Role Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive, ongoing health care for individuals and families spanning all ages, from children to seniors. Manage chronic illnesses, provide preventive care, and address acute medical needs and mental health issues with a patient-first mentality. Perform physical examinations, interpret diagnostic results, and craft individualized treatment strategies. Coordinate with care coordinators, behavioral health experts, and specialists to deliver holistic health solutions. Education Requirements Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) from an accredited institution. Successful completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program. Certifications Board Certification in Family Medicine. Eligibility for (or possession of) an active Washington state medical license. BLS and ACLS certifications preferred. Skills and Experience Exceptional diagnostic abilities with a focus on preventive and proactive health care. Comfortable with value-based care systems and dedicated to ongoing improvement. Outstanding communication, collaborative approach, and strong interpersonal skills. Proficient with EMRs and telemedicine technology.
