Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Cashier/Server to join our fast casual restaurant team. This role involves taking orders, serving food, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a positive dining experience for all guests.
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS system
- Handle cash, credit, and digital payments responsibly
- Serve food and drinks promptly and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness of dining area, counters, and service stations
- Clean tables, sweep floors, and assist with general restaurant upkeep
- Restock supplies such as napkins, utensils, and condiments
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Address customer questions and resolve issues courteously
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math and cash handling skills
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform cleaning tasks
- Previous restaurant experience is a plus, but not required
Flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Work Environment:Fast-paced, team-oriented restaurant setting focused on quality service and cleanliness
