Our human trained sonographer is on board to enhance diagnostic capabilities, giving you the support you need to excel in your specialty. Our brand-new, 34,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art facility is designed to provide the best care possible.

With cutting-edge tools, you'll have everything you need to practice at the highest level, including:

• 1.5 T GE MRI & 64 slice GE CT scanner
• Interventional radiology suite with fluoroscopy
• Designated neurosurgery suite
• Onsite blood bank
• Dedicated neurology coordinator

In your day to day, you will:

• Balance time between consultations, case workups, and surgical procedures
• Perform orthopedic and soft tissue surgeries using available imaging and surgical equipment
• Collaborate with other specialties to support integrated case management
• Help shape and grow the surgical service in line with hospital priorities
• Work alongside a dedicated surgical nursing and support team
• Communicate clearly and empathetically with pet owners throughout the surgical process
• Contribute to a positive, team focused hospital culture built on collaboration, mentorship, and continuous learning

What You Bring

DVM or equivalent veterinary degree with eligibility for state veterinary licensure

Board Certification in Surgery (DACVS) or completion of a surgical residency

Strong surgical skills and a commitment to exceptional patient care

Strong communication skills with a compassionate, client centered approach

A collaborative mindset and interest in working closely with emergency, critical care, and other specialty services

A passion for continuous learning, teamwork, teaching, and advancing specialty medicine

Interest in leadership and helping develop and grow a surgical service is welcomed
