Do you love working with kids? Looking for a fun and meaningful part-time job? Join the Tumble Shine After School Team and make a difference in the lives of children every day!
We’re looking for caring, responsible, and energetic team members to help create a safe, engaging, and fun after school environment where kids can thrive.
Position Details:
- Part-Time | Monday–Friday | 2 PM – 6 PM
- Ages served: K–5th Grade
- Location: Tumble Shine Athletics
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and interact with children in a positive, respectful way
- Help with homework, crafts, games, sports, and group activities
- Create a fun, structured environment that promotes safety and kindness
- Communicate with parents and teammates as needed
- Assist with snack time, transitions, and cleanup
✅ Ideal Candidate:
- Loves working with school-age children (experience preferred)
- Patient, dependable, and team-oriented
- Able to multitask and manage small groups
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Background in education, child care, or recreation is a bonus
- Must be able to pass a background check
