Join the team at Woody Folsom Nissan as a Sales Associate in Baxley, GA, where you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth. This position offers a competitive compensation range of $5,000.00 - $10,000.00 per month, paid bi-weekly, and the opportunity to work in a dynamic automotive sales environment.
Responsibilities- Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and provide expert guidance on available Nissan models.
- Demonstrate vehicle features and benefits to prospective buyers.
- Negotiate sales prices and terms to close deals while maintaining company profitability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and address any questions or concerns.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Nissan products, promotions, and industry trends.
- Collaborate with the sales team and management to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Previous sales experience, preferably in automotive or retail environments.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
