Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit - Travel Registered Nurse

Shift: 6:45 AM - 7:45 PM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 24 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience.

• Experience with Epic is preferred.

• BSN completion required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Pennsylvania license or compact license (required for submission).

• This role will require floating to multiple units

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <50 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• No current placement allowed at Program: Symmetry Workforce Solutions - Jefferson Health Program.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: - Telemetry monitoring experience required.

Unit Details: - Adolescent, adult, and geriatric patient population. - Trauma, neurologic, neurosurgical, and oral surgery patient population.

Shift & Scheduling: - Every other weekend required. - 1 summer and 1 winter holiday required. - No on-call.

Floating Requirements: - Not routinely; possibility of floating to another unit if census is down or there is a greater need on another unit.

7 days maximum time off

1 Manager/Supervisor reference required from within the last 12 months

1 reference required from within the last 3 years

Proof of identification required

• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
