QUALITY INSPECTOR

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Technician to join our Quality Assurance team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in food/beverage manufacturing, strong proficiency in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and hands-on laboratory testing experience. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Quality Control or Quality Assurance role, preferably within the Food & Beverage, Pharmaceutical, or a highly regulated manufacturing environment. A Bachelor's Degree (BS/BA) or Associate’s Degree (AS) in a technical field such as Chemistry, Biology, Food Science, Microbiology, or Chemical Engineering is highly preferred. Salary: $17 - $23 per hour Shift: First Work hours: 6 AM - 6 PM Education: Bachelors Responsibilities QC Testing & Analysis: Perform routine and non-routine laboratory testing on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished beverage products (e.g., Brix, pH, acidity, turbidity, dissolved CO2, and microbiological plating/analysis). Instrumentation: Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment and instrumentation (e.g., spectrophotometers, titrators, pH meters, density meters, gas chromatographs, or HPLC systems). GMP & Compliance: Strictly adhere to and enforce Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) principles across the facility. Documentation: Accurately record, analyze, and report all quality control data, including Certificate of Analysis (COA) generation, non-conformance reports, and trend analysis. In-Process Checks: Conduct line audits and in-process quality checks (e.g., fill weight, seal integrity, package integrity, label verification) on the production floor. Issue Resolution: Identify, isolate, and document non-conforming product/material and assist in root cause analysis for quality deviations.
