Digital Marketing Coordinator

ABOUT THE ROLE Columbus, OH On‑Site W2 Contract Full‑Time Hours We are seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator to support digital presence and online reputation management for a growing real estate brand. This role is execution‑focused and detail‑driven, centered around maintaining website content, managing online listings, and ensuring brand consistency across digital platforms. It's ideal for someone early in their career who is a self‑starter, takes pride in getting the details right, and can learn a new platform quickly without a lot of hand‑holding. ABOUT OUR CLIENT Our client is a growing, nationally recognized organization in the multifamily residential space with a portfolio of communities across Ohio. They operate in a fast‑moving environment where accuracy, consistency, and timely follow‑through are essential to resident experience and business development. Their lean marketing team collaborates closely across operations and lifestyle programming to support both current communities and new properties coming online. DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES Maintain and update community website content within a property management CMS (training provided) Execute backend SEO tasks including metadata fields, floor plan descriptions, image alt tags, and keyword placement using established templates Optimize and maintain Google Business Profiles across multiple communities Manage and keep current listings on Apartments.com, Zillow, Yelp, and other ILS platforms Monitor and respond to online reviews across platforms in a timely, brand‑aligned manner Support onboarding of new communities into the platform as the portfolio grows Assist with scheduling social media posts and responding to comments and messages Support blog formatting, uploads, and basic content optimization Assist with formatting resident event calendars and presentation materials as needed REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS Required Skills 1–3 years of experience in marketing coordination, content operations, or digital marketing Strong written communication skills — grammar, tone, and editing matter in this role Comfortable learning and working inside CMS and digital platforms Detail‑oriented with strong follow‑through habits Self‑sufficient problem solver who looks for the answer before asking for help Preferred Skills Experience with Squarespace or similar website platforms Familiarity with online listing platforms such as Apartments.com or Zillow Working knowledge of SEO basics Experience with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite for basic image formatting Background in real estate, property management, or lifestyle brands ABOUT US Portfolio Creative is an award‑winning specialized staffing and recruiting company providing talent in the digital, marketing, and creative industries.
