Position summary

We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for consumers and visitors, providing excellent customer service while handling a variety of front desk, administrative, and light housekeeping responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Greet consumers, visitors, and staff in a welcoming and professional manner.

Answer incoming phone calls, respond to general inquiries, and direct calls appropriately.

Check consumers in and out promptly and accurately.

Assist consumers with completing job applications and provide basic information about job descriptions.

Direct consumers and visitors to the correct room or department.

Perform fingerprinting services as needed.

Maintain a clean and organized lobby area.

Stock and refill supplies such as paper towels and soap; ensure restrooms and lobby are properly maintained.

Sweep and mop lobby floors on Monday Through Fridays.

Support administrative tasks with strong technical skills, including computer and office software use.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new software and office systems quickly.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.

Professional appearance and demeanor.

Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

21 years old or older

Starting pay $15/Hr.
