The Financial Reporting Manager will play a key role within the corporate accounting and reporting function, overseeing financial reporting, technical accounting, corporate close activities, and compliance initiatives. This position provides meaningful exposure to SEC reporting, acquisition accounting, technical accounting research, and cross‑functional projects. This role is particularly well suited for someone coming from public accounting who wants to leverage their audit and technical accounting background while gaining broader ownership and strategic exposure within a successful public company.
