• Shift: 7am start -- multiple holiday and extended coverage blocks
• 10 - 15 beds managed in department
• Inpatient hospital setting
• Supported by 2 NPs -- NP handles 50 clinic patients weekly
• High call volume required
• Procedures: hernia, colorectal, bariatric, scopes, appendix, gallbladder
• Additional skills: bowel resection, emergency general surgery, I&D, wound care
• Hospital privileges required
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
• We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
• We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
• Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry
