Partners In Diversity is currently seeking a Medical Records Clerk to provide clerical support for the accurate and timely completion of health information processing.
* Duration of Assignment: 6 months
* Work Schedule: 7am-3:30pm, Monday-Friday
* Compensation: $21-22 Per Hr
* 100% on site: Reporting to Pasadena, CA 91101
*Minimum Education: High school or equivalent
*Background Check
*Drug Screening
*Medical and Immunization Requirements
Immunity Documentation
- Provide documentation/titers OR vaccine records for:
- MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella): 2 shots.
- Varicella (Chickenpox): 2 shots.
- Hepatitis B: 3 shots.
- Must be fully vaccinated for MMR and Varicella.
- Hepatitis B Vaccination
- Tuberculosis (TB) Test
- Influenza Vaccine

1. Experience with Cerner/Oracle Health EHR
2. HIPAA compliance
3. Quality Control
Top 3- 5 Daily Responsibilities:
1. Prep paper medical record chart for scanning
2. Scan paper medical records
3. Quality check
