Are you an organized warehouse professional with experience in inventory control, shipping, receiving, and logistics? We are seeking a Warehouse Inventory & Logistics Coordinator to oversee inventory accuracy, warehouse organization, material tracking, and fleet support operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment and enjoys keeping operations running efficiently.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of warehouse, inventory control, shipping/receiving, or logistics experience
• Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or inventory management software
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
• Understanding of inventory transactions, receiving inspections, and RMA processes
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Fleet coordination or vehicle maintenance tracking experience preferred

Job Duties

• Manage the Suspended Material Area (SMA) and track material dispositions
• Process Return Material Authorizations (RMAs) and inventory transactions
• Perform incoming shipment inspections and verify documentation accuracy
• Assign and stage incoming materials for production or project needs
• Coordinate outgoing shipments and shipping documentation
• Maintain organized warehouse and parts pickup areas
• Monitor fleet maintenance schedules and coordinate service needs
• Maintain accurate inventory records within the Workforce Management System
• Assist with inventory counts, material tracking, and obsolete inventory disposition
• Support safe, clean, and efficient warehouse operations

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to walk, stand, and move throughout warehouse operations for extended periods.
• Ability to occasionally lift or move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely work in active warehouse environments with forklifts, conveyors, and material handling equipment.
• Ability to inspect warehouse operations and respond to operational needs throughout the facility.

What You Will Do


As a Warehouse Logistics Coordinator you will oversee daily warehouse operations, coordinate shipping and receiving activities, monitor inventory accuracy, supervise warehouse personnel, support productivity goals, maintain workplace safety standards, and help ensure efficient movement of products throughout the facility.
