Job Description
The Senior Maintenance Technician – Equipment & Facilities maintains production equipment, facility systems, and infrastructure to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operations. This hands-on role suits a motivated self-starter who works independently with minimal supervision and takes full ownership of day-to-day maintenance activities, including preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, facility upkeep, spare parts management, regulatory compliance, and support of equipment and facility improvement projects.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary on-site maintenance resource for all production equipment, machinery, and facility systems.
Plan, schedule, and execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities to maximize equipment reliability.
Perform hands-on troubleshooting, repair, maintenance, and installation of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
Respond promptly to equipment failures, diagnose root causes, and implement effective repairs to minimize production downtime.
Troubleshoot and support PLC-controlled machinery, including systems with HMIs, multiple sensors, actuators, and motors.
Manage and coordinate equipment and facility repairs, engaging outside contractors when necessary to complete specialized work.
Maintain an organized spare parts inventory and ensure adequate maintenance supplies are available.
Create and maintain accurate maintenance documentation and records, including ISO 9001-related documentation.
Assist with planning, tracking, and execution of local projects related to equipment installations, facility upgrades, and capital improvement projects.
Collaborate and coordinate with globally responsible departments as needed to align maintenance activities with broader organizational standards.
Coordinate, oversee, and monitor outside contractors and service providers to ensure safe and high-quality work.
Perform general facility maintenance tasks, including basic carpentry and building upkeep where applicable.
Manufacture or fabricate simple replacement parts when needed to support timely repairs.
Ensure all work complies with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements within a cleanroom environment.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $100000.00/yr.
