The Customer Service Representative must be equipped with a skillset that demonstrates empathy, problem solving skills and the ability to provide appropriate solutions for customers and referral sources. The day-to-day functionality of this job involves servicing a large customer and referral base to fulfill Durable Medical Equipment needs. This individual must have patience and a willingness to go above and beyond to resolve customer / referral concerns while maintaining a positive attitude. What You Bring to the Team!
