PRODUCTION TECHNICIAN

Monday - Friday 

10:00 PM - 6:30 AM

$20.00 per hour 

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Support production operations, including roll forming, trimming, wrapping, banding, and assembly.
• Load raw materials and unload, stack, and organize finished products.
• Assist machine operators, monitor production, and report equipment issues.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment to complete production tasks.
• Inspect products for damage, defects, and quality standards.
• Follow work instructions and meet daily production goals.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow safety procedures.
• Cross-train and assist in other production areas as needed.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly or fabrication is a plus
• Basic mechanical aptitude; will be required to take a production aptitude test.
• Ability to follow production instructions and safety procedures.
• Basic skills using hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment.
• Attention to detail when inspecting products and handling materials.
• Ability to perform hands-on production tasks, including loading, unloading, and stacking materials.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn equipment operations and work in multiple production areas.
