Providing companionship to clients and fostering a positive environment. Preparing meals tailored to individual dietary needs. Supporting clients with mobility needs and ensuring their safety at all times. Engaging in activities that promote comfort and connection. Performing light housekeeping tasks. Documenting care activities and reporting any changes in clients’ conditions.
