Senior Pharmacy Technician

Senior Pharmacy Technician Bring Experience. Support Excellence. As a Senior Pharmacy Technician, you'll use your pharmacy experience to support medication operations, promote accuracy, and serve as a resource to other members of the pharmacy team. What You'll Do
- Perform advanced pharmacy technician responsibilities.
- Prepare and distribute medications accurately.
- Support pharmacists with medication-related workflows.
- Assist with training and mentoring pharmacy technicians.
- Monitor workflow, supplies, and inventory.
- Maintain accurate documentation.
- Follow medication safety and regulatory standards.
- Help identify and resolve workflow concerns.
- Collaborate with pharmacists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
- High School diploma or GED.
- Wisconsin pharmacy technician license is required.
- PTCB as a Pharmacy Technician within 6 months is required.
- Strong knowledge of pharmacy workflows and medication safety.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities.
