Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Emergency Room Duration: 14 Weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Hours Experience: Minimum of 2 years in an ER setting License: KY or compact license required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, NIHSS Must-Have: - NIH Certification - Experience in an ER setting - Travel experience preferred, but not necessary Description: 36 or 48 hour contract option available. Candidates must have 2 years of experience in an ER setting. Required certifications include NIH, BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and NIHSS. No trauma level one experience is necessary. RTO for longer than 1 week is not approved unless there are special circumstances. Local travelers within 100 miles are not accepted. Candidates must have experience as released for travel. Modules will be completed during the onboarding process and vary by specialty. Candidates may float within the hospital or to a nearby affiliate. Return staff policy requires 6 months away from previous employment to return as a traveler. Eligible candidates should be aware of their eligibility status for rehire.
