Salary: $155,584 - 320,320 per year Requirements:

• Were looking for strong production Python skills, with experience writing code that runs in live systems rather than only in notebooks.
• We need a solid foundation in statistics and machine learning, including experiment design, model evaluation, and knowing when simpler methods are the better choice.

• We prefer experience in adtech or CTV, including RTB, programmatic advertising, and supply-path optimization.
• We need clear written communication, as our distributed team relies on documentation and writing to make decisions.
• Were looking for someone who is comfortable with ambiguity and can own problems end to end in a fast-paced environment.
• We require a bachelors degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• We require at least 4 years of industry experience.
• Nice to have: experience using AI coding assistants such as Cursor, Copilot, Codex, or similar tools for development, debugging, testing, and refactoring.
• Nice to have: familiarity with LLM-powered productivity tools for documentation search, experiment analysis, SQL or data exploration, and workflow acceleration.
• Nice to have: experience with causal inference methods such as uplift modeling, synthetic controls, difference-in-differences, or incrementality testing.
• Nice to have: big data experience with Scala and Spark.
• Nice to have: systems programming experience in Zig or similar languages such as C, C++, or Rust.
• Nice to have: reinforcement learning or bandit algorithms in production.
• Nice to have: experience building agentic AI systems or LLM-powered workflows.
• Nice to have: MLOps experience, including model deployment, monitoring, and pipeline orchestration on AWS.

• We will have you write production Python that powers real-time bidding, model training, and campaign optimization.
• You will train, deploy, and monitor ML models that determine which ads to show, when to show them, and at what price across millions of bid decisions per second.
• You will build and improve our incrementality measurement systems so advertisers can understand the causal lift of their CTV investment.
• You will design and implement new ML products across the ad-buying lifecycle, including audience targeting, bid optimization, pacing, and attribution.
• You will use LLMs and generative AI to create internal tools that speed up how we develop, test, and ship ML systems.
• You will serve as a technical lead and mentor within our distributed engineering team.
