We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Mechanical Engineer to join our growing robotics and automation team. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented Mechanical Engineering graduate who wants hands-on experience designing and building real-world robotic and automated systems.

As a Systems Integrator, we design and implement custom automation solutions for all industrial & commercial environments. Our engineers work across mechanical design, robotics, automation, manufacturing, software, and system integration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine mechanical designs using 3D CAD modeling software such as SolidWorks and Inventor, ensuring accuracy in mechanical detail drawings and schematics.
• Perform tolerance analysis to guarantee component fit, function, and manufacturability in accordance with ASME codes & standards.
• Design mechanical systems and machine components, incorporating principles of mechanical engineering, GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing), and FEA (Finite Element Analysis) for structural integrity assessments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including electrical engineers, manufacturing specialists, and project managers to ensure seamless integration of mechanical and control systems within product development cycles.
• Utilize control programming platforms such as LabVIEW, MATLAB, Simulink, Arduino, Python, Java, and other engineering tools to develop and troubleshoot control algorithms for automated machinery and systems.
• Conduct root cause analysis on mechanical failures or system inefficiencies to identify corrective actions and improve design robustness.
• Manage project schedules effectively to meet deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality throughout the engineering process.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
• Proven experience practicing in an industrial or manufacturing engineering role with a focus on mechanical product development projects.
• Strong proficiency in CAD software including SolidWorks, Inventor, Autocad for mechanical drafting and 3D modeling for product design.
• Solid understanding of mechanical knowledge encompassing machine design, schematics, mechanical drawings, tolerance analysis, GD&T, and ASME codes & standards.
• Familiarity with FEA software for structural analysis and simulation of mechanical components under various load conditions.
• Excellent skills in cross-functional communication to facilitate effective collaboration across engineering disciplines.
• Ability to perform root cause analysis efficiently while managing multiple projects simultaneously with strong project scheduling skills.
