Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care for adult medical-surgical and telemetry patients.
- Perform initial and ongoing assessments, develop and implement care plans, and reevaluate patient progression.
- Administer medications and therapies per orders; monitor effectiveness and adverse effects; respond to changes in patient condition.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including physicians, case managers, and support staff; communicate clearly and document care.
- Document accurately in the electronic health record; ensure legible, timely, and complete charting.
- Uphold patient safety and infection control standards; adjust care according to clinical guidelines and patient needs.

Requirements
- Active Massachusetts RN license in hand at submission
- BSN required
- 3–4 years of recent medical-surgical nursing experience
- NIHSS, BLS, and ACLS certifications
- COVID-19 vaccination with current booster; no exemptions
- SSN and DOB required for submission
- Local radius within 50 miles
