Join us and be part of a company where your impact truly matters.**What You'll Do as an Apartment Leasing Agent:**We're looking for an experienced and energetic Leasing Agent who is self-motivated, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. In this role, you will:* Stand, greet, qualify, and close prospects with professionalism and enthusiasm* Lease apartments to maintain high occupancy and strong leasing performance* Verify applications, process leasing paperwork, and ensure accurate documentation* Provide exceptional customer services to residents and prospects* Generate new traffic through outreach efforts and community engagement* Host resident functions and contribute to maintaining positive resident relations* Create and maintain the property's social media presence to drive traffic and engagement* Support the Property Manager and/or Leasing Manger with daily operational tasks* Represent the community with a friendly and professional demeanor**What We're Looking For in the Apartment Leasing Agent:**To be successful in this role, you MUST have:* **Minimum 1+ Year(s) previous experience leasing conventional apartments (REQUIRED)*** Strong sales and leasing skills with a proven ability to close* Excellent customer service and communication abilities* A positive attitude, flexibility, and a polished and professional appearance* Flexible schedule – **weekends REQUIRED*** Social media or marketing content creation experience strongly preferred* Stable work history* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation* Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required* **Important:** Candidates must live within a **20-mile radius of the property** or be willing to relocate.**What Adara Offers You:*** Competitive pay* Excellent commission opportunities* Medical, Dental, Vision, & Life Insurance* Generous PTO* Rental housing discounts* A supportive, people-first culture* **Salary Range:** $18-20/hourIf you're a resident driven leasing professional with exceptional sales and customer service skills looking for a community and company that values your experience and expertise, we'd love to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
