This is a full‑time position offering the opportunity to support a U.S. Government customer. The mission is to provide technical expertise that assists in sustaining critical mission‑related software and systems to a large government contract. You will be supporting CNO development across many development groups by designing, developing, and integrating tools to assist in development activities. Having a deep understanding of the customer's mission, dataflow, and tooling is critical to this position. You will be expected to provide guidance and vision as you work with mission stakeholders and software engineers to specify, develop, integrate, and test new workflows aided by AI/ML technologies. Responsibilities Lead a project from inception to delivery in the CNO domain, including; problem decomposition, design, development, deployment, and maintenance of applications. Interact with mission stakeholders to elicit requirements and devise solutions. Collaborate with other software engineers to test workflows, identify issues, and recommend pathways for fixes. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and address real‑world reverse engineering challenges. Overcome inevitable obstacles. Key Requirements To be considered for this position you must have the following: Possess an active or rein‑statable TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance. U.S. Citizenship. Professional/Education experience: 12 years & Bachelors of Science Degree, or 4 additional years in place of a BS Degree. Works well independently as well as on a team. Strong communication skills. Required Skills Production‑grade software development experience in Python. Experience within the CNO developer domain developing tools for operational use. Experience with development of AI systems and customizing of AI models. Practical experience with platforms for processing Agency data sets. Experience with software source control (git) and Atlassian tool suite - Jira, Confluence. Experience interacting with stakeholders to elicit requirements. Knowledge of Python or similar scripting languages Desired Skills Experience working as a lead for a development team. Practical experience in one or more artificial intelligence domains (e.g., intelligent systems, autonomy, planning, LLMs and LLM Training). Knowledge of end‑to‑end SIGINT collection and analysis systems. Experience with production CNO capabilities and operations. Familiarity with cloud computing technologies (AWS, Docker, Kubernetes). Experience with web application/UI development. Location: Annapolis Junction, MD (onsite full time) Salary Range: The salary range for this full‑time position is $200,000 to $280,000. Our salary ranges are determined by position, level, skills, professional experience, relevant education and certifications. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for this position across our projects. Within the range, your salary is determined by your individual benefits package selection.
