About This Role The Registered Nurse - Float at Mass General Brigham is responsible for delivering patient care across various departments, including Medical/Surgical Units, Emergency Department, and Critical Care. Highlights Pay: $42.19 - $72.88 Hourly Location: Northampton, MA Facility: Cooley Dickinson Hospital, Inc. Schedule: Full-Time, Rotating shifts Sign-On Bonus: $2,500 Sign On Bonus payable after first 90 days for qualified external applicants What You'll Do Deliver patient care through assessment, diagnosing, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Direct and coordinate nursing care for patients based on established clinical nursing practice standards. Collaborate with other professional disciplines to ensure effective patient care delivery. Perform duties in Medical/Surgical Units, Emergency Department, Critical Care, Telemetry, Psychiatric Unit, Inpatient Surgical Center, and Childbirth Center. Work in all departments as needed and directed.
