Department: Quality Care Rehab Location: Aviva Senior Living Compensation: $33.00 - $36.00 / hour Key Responsibilities Assist in the implementation of treatment plans developed by the licensed physical therapist to address patients’ specific rehabilitation goals and functional needs. Lead patients through prescribed exercises and therapeutic activities designed to enhance physical function and promote recovery; instruct on proper exercise techniques and monitor progress. Ensure proper application of various treatment modalities, monitor patient responses, and adjust parameters to optimize outcomes. Educate patients and families on injury prevention, body mechanics, and pain management techniques. Document patient progress and changes in functional status; communicate regularly with the supervising physical therapist to update treatment plans. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program. Current license/certification in the state of practice.
