Investor Services Associate (Hedge Fund)

Rapidly Growing Hedge Fund in Midtown, Manhattan is seeking an Investor Services Associate for a full-time position!

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for various functions, including hedge fund and private equity operations
• Overseeing third party middle office and back office servicing teams
• Responsible for NAVs, reconciliations and producing investor statements
• Administer Prime Brokerage Requests
• Approve cash wires
• Review and approve capital activity reports
• Review and approve monthly expenses
• Assist with onboarding new clients
• Keep lists of approved funds and participants
• Responsible for assisting with Reg D filings
• Supply data for fund related items in Form ADV

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 2+ years experience working in a similar hedge fund operations positions
• 2+ years working in fund client services, with experience facing off directly with clients
• Strong Excel skills
• Critical thinker
• Team player
