Job Description

Conduct virtual MSK evaluations Manage ~18-20 patient visits/day Develop treatment plans Coordinate care with PTs and physicians Provide patient education and follow-up care

Skills and Requirements

Active NP or PA license Telehealth experience 2+ years of orthopedic/MSK experience Strong virtual assessment, triage, documentation, and patient education skills Ability to practice independently in a telehealth environment Acute and chronic care management experience within scope of practice AZ, IN, KY, OH, VA, MO, CO, or OR licensure Multiple state licenses Value based care experience
