We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our Early Intervention and Preschool Special Education programs. This is an exciting opportunity to work with children ages birth to age 5 and make a meaningful impact during their most critical years of development.
What You'll Do:
- Administer diagnostic tests for speech, hearing, swallowing and comprehension.
- Develop individualized child treatment plans and remedial programs tailored to treat speech, language and swallowing disorders.
- Collaborate with families, educators, and a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
- Prepare evaluations, progress reports, and annual assessments.
- Offer guidance to families on strategies, resources, and the use of therapy equipment.

What We're Looking For:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders.
- NYS license in Speech-Language Pathology, OR eligibility for licensure within one year (with appropriate supervision).
- Strong knowledge of speech and hearing disorders, dysphagia, and therapeutic techniques.
- Compassion, patience, and strong communication skills.
