Pay or shift range: $52 USD to $55 USD The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job-related reasons. Description Experienced Registry ED Nurses. Come join our TEAM of specialty Care Nurses. ED needs you! Plans, provides, supervises, and documents professional nursing care utilizing the nursing process for patients in accordance with physician orders and established policies and procedures. Communicates and collaborates with nurses, physicians, and other members of the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care. Charts observations and activities related to patient care in electronic health record. Provides safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care for a patient population on a specific unit. Guides and directs assigned unlicensed assistive personnel in delivering interdisciplinary patient care. Assesses signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition. Performs interventions according to identified priorities, plan of care, infection control and the hospital policies and patient care outcome standards. Collects blood specimens by venipuncture or micro techniques for laboratory analysis necessary for patient treatment and diagnosis. Requirements 1 or more years of ED experience Required. Current RN Licensure CPR Certification Medical Surgical experience or critical care experience Associate’s degree or equivalent Qualifications Behaviors Required Team Player Works well as a member of a group Detail Oriented Capable of carrying out a given task with all details necessary to get the task done well Dedicated Devoted to a task or purpose with loyalty or integrity Education Required Associates or better in Nursing.
