Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Progressive Care Unit Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: 2+ years License: Active RN license Certifications: BLS, ACLS Must-Have: Comfortable with CPAP/BiPAP management Experience with medication titrations Charge-capable on nights Willingness to float to different units Description: Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a 31-bed mixed acuity unit. This unit primarily supports medicine services and cares for a variety of stepdown and medical/surgical patients. Responsibilities include managing diverse patient needs, including those requiring CPAP/BiPAP and medication titration. This role requires charge capabilities during night shifts. Candidates are expected to float to different units as needed. Experience with EPIC documentation is preferred. Additional skills required include management of dysrhythmias, tracheostomy care, and wound management. The unit has interdisciplinary support including IV teams, respiratory services, and pharmacy. Candidates must provide two professional references. At least one reference must be from a supervisory or leadership role. No coworker references are accepted. Education must be from an accredited nursing program.
