What You’ll Do Enable you to apply your passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences directly and as part of a team. Greet, interact, and assist visitors and customers. Answer and direct incoming phone calls. Support the team by gathering, reviewing, and preparing documents; maintaining accounts; setting up appointments; assembling document packages. Receive, sort and route mail. Order and maintain office supplies and equipment. What You’ll Bring Passion for meeting new people and helping them get what they need. Excellent verbal and written communication. Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and willingness to learn other technology as needed. Strong work ethic and meets commitments. Thrives in contributing to a team working together to deliver beyond customer expectations. Previous experience working in an office environment or dealing with the public is preferred. High school diploma or equivalent. Pay Range Pay Range: $14.46 - $19.28 Hourly This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
