Role Description
- Coordinate SAP consultants for SAP Rollout
- Coordinate with project manager on client side to follow up project duties
- Coordinate and participate in steering committee meetings
- Coordinate with ADM and PxM to start up for the SAP project
- Generate, mentor, and coach SAP consultants in the assigned specialty
- Work with Project Managers / Project Leaders to bring new capabilities to the projects
- Coordinate with capability management team to create new SAP academies aligned with demand planning
- Coordinate capability management team to support project staffing, sourcing, and mobility
- Perform project reviews at Project Managers / Project Leaders level and define commitments and action items to improve project delivery and gross margin
- Review project KPIs in terms of capabilities and cost of resources
- Follow up and oversee CMMi Levels for projects and process improvement
- Responsible for inputting information into internal systems for financial and project information
- Attend Monthly Business Review with PMOs, VPOs, and Practice Manager
- Resource management, escalations, and PL mentoring
Qualifications
- At least 6 years of experience in Project Management with S/4 HANA (greenfield, brownfield, and upgrades)
- Experience with SAP ACTIVATE / AGILE
- Experience with SAP ALM
- Experience with SAP Private Cloud (RISE)
- Experience with SAP Public Cloud (GROW)
- Experience with BTP
- Experience with API
