Ruby's Jamaican Kitchen in Alexandria, VA is looking for one veggie prep to join our 18 person strong team. We are located on 2817 Schooley Dr. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, and engaged.

Responsibilities
- This person specializing in vegetables, is primarily responsible is washing, peeling, chopping, and otherwise preparing all the vegetables needed for a kitchen's dishes, ensuring they are ready for cooking by the line cooks.
Qualifications
- need to have a strong understanding of basic knife skills, the ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment, attention to detail when prepping vegetables, familiarity with proper food safety and hygiene practices, and the capability to follow instructions accurately.
