Property and Casualty Sales Consultant

To support a growing commercial sales team, the full-time remote Property and Casualty Sales Consultant will assess customer needs, sell various commercial insurance products, and provide mentoring to junior sales specialists while ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Key responsibilities: Sell multiple commercial insurance products, including excess and surplus insurance, while ensuring excellent customer service and retention Adhere to compliance scripts and maintain knowledge of insurance carrier product guidelines and regulatory changes Mentor and coach Inside Sales Specialists to foster their development and support overall team performance Required qualifications: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred Property and Casualty license required 3 or more years of commercial sales experience preferred Reliable high-speed internet with a wired connection and a dedicated home workspace Virtual Vocations Inc
