IT Support Technician

Required Skills
- 3-6 years of IT support experience across multiple environments (MSP experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 (Exchange, Outlook)
- Experience supporting Mac and Windows environments
- Familiarity with mobile device management tools (JAMF or equivalent like Mosyle)
- Solid troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Experience with ticketing tools (Jira, ServiceNow, ConnectWise, etc.)
- Basic understanding of Active Directory, servers, and networking concepts
