Position Summary Lead technical design for complex Salesforce initiatives Review and influence designs produced Set and enforce coding standards and best practices Mentor senior and mid-level engineers Drive platform scalability, performance, and reliability Support Production support Issues Required Qualifications 10 plus years of professional software engineering experience 6 plus years of hands‑on Salesforce development Demonstrated ownership of complex enterprise implementations Experience working with US‑based stakeholders Strong written and verbal English communication Salesforce CRM: Apex Classes, Triggers, Visual Force Pages, Workflow, Validation Rules, Reports, Sharing & Settings, Profiles, LWC Salesforce CRM Tools: VS Code, Codebuilder, Autorabit DevOps, Data Loader, Workbench GitHub, Conga, Adobe E‑Sign, Skuid Agile Development Methodologies API Integration Software Development Organizational Skills Preferred Qualifications Advanced Apex and LWC development Event‑driven and API‑based integrations Data modeling, sharing rules, and security architecture Governor limit management and performance tuning CI/CD pipelines and release automation Education Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $130,295.00 - $260,590.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full‑time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short‑term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
