To work closely with provider and other related staff in a fast-paced environment. To ensure excellent care to every patient every time, and maintain a positive attitude.

Understands and adheres to Baxter Health standards as they appear in Healthstream Policy Manager. Required to work with the Manager regularly to carry out, initiate and/or implement best practices for the Baxter Health Clinics Department.

Job Requirements

Education: High School Diploma Experience: Minimum of 1 year experience in clinic/medical office setting preferred. Previous medical assistant experience desired. Other: Ability to read, write and communicate effectively. Knowledge of medical terminology. Basic computer knowledge required. Preferred Education: Associates Degree
