Role Description The Brand Associate role is a full-time, on-site position based in Denville, NJ. In this role, the Brand Associate supports an exceptional in-store experience by welcoming customers, understanding their needs, and providing knowledgeable styling and product recommendations. Daily responsibilities include maintaining visual and merchandising standards, replenishing and organizing inventory, and ensuring the sales floor is clean, safe, and aligned with brand guidelines. The Brand Associate processes transactions accurately, handles returns and exchanges, and supports promotional activities and in-store marketing initiatives. This role also involves working collaboratively with team members to meet sales goals, uphold company policies, and contribute to a positive, inclusive store culture. Qualifications Strong communication skills, including clear verbal interaction, active listening, and the ability to engage diverse customers and team members. Customer service skills focused on building rapport, resolving issues professionally, and creating a welcoming, inclusive store environment. Sales abilities such as product knowledge, suggestive selling, and comfort working in a goal-oriented, retail environment. Basic marketing awareness, including understanding promotions, brand messaging, and visual merchandising standards. Ability to stand for extended periods, move merchandise, and work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Reliability, attention to detail, and willingness to learn brand guidelines and operational procedures.
