Travel LPN - LPN

American Traveler is hiring a LPN/LVN for a 13-week travel assignment in a long-term care/skilled nursing facility, with evening and night shifts and a minimum of 2 years of experience required. Requirements Active LPN/LVN license required if applicable; must not be pending at time of consideration Minimum 2 years of LPN/LVN experience required; no exceptions Current BLS certification required; copies of active certifications required (pending certifications not accepted) LTC/SNF experience strongly applicable given patient population Point Click Care (PCC) experience preferred 2 professional references required: one supervisor from within the last 12 months and one peer or supervisor from within the last 3 years, both including dates of employment and eligibility for rehire Valid driver's license required for consideration Responsibilities Long-term care and skilled nursing facility (LTC/SNF) setting with 42 beds Patient population includes long-term care residents with a mix of memory care, dementia, and orthopedic diagnoses; no current behavioral risks Nurse-to-patient ratio is 2 nurses during days/evenings and 1 nurse during nights Charting via Point Click Care (PCC) Evening and night shifts available in 8-hour or 12-hour increments, primarily 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM Every other weekend coverage required Every other holiday coverage required Brief facility orientation covering building layout and lifts, approximately 2-4 hours Candidates residing within 80 miles of the facility are considered local and are accepted at a different pay rate No on-call or call-back shifts available Benefits High Pay and Bonuses Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options 401(k) Plan Weekly Payroll Deposit Free Online CEUs Generous Housing Allowance Travel and Licensure Reimbursements Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy Traveler Rewards and Discounts Job ID: P-736120 Open Positions: 1 #J-18808-Ljbffr American Traveler
