Your responsibilities will include:Processing deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and other transactionsMaintaining an accurate and secure cash drawerAnswering questions and helping members resolve account concernsUpdating account information and completing routine service requestsExplaining credit union products and services clearlyRecognizing member needs and recommending appropriate financial solutionsProtecting member information and following established proceduresSupporting your teammates and contributing to a positive branch environmentWhat We're Looking ForYou do not need previous financial institution experience, but you should bring a strong record of reliability, service, and attention to detail.You may be a great fit if you have:A high school diploma or equivalentAt least one year of steady customer service experienceStrong communication and computer skillsThe ability to learn new systems and proceduresCareful attention to detailA professional, dependable, and positive approachComfort handling money and working with confidential informationA genuine desire to help peopleSpanish-speaking applicants may qualify for additional pay.Work ScheduleThis is a full-time position scheduled for 40 hours or less each week. The typical schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:45 a.m. until either 5:15 p.m. or 6:15 p.m., with a one-hour lunch. Occasional Tuesday meetings begin at 8:00 a.m. Tellers rotate Saturday shifts from 8:45 a.m. to 1:15 p.m. When you work a Saturday, your weekday schedule will be adjusted so that you remain within 40 hours for the week.
