Patient Registration (Overnight)

Let's talk! LHH Recruitment Solutions is searching for an exceptional candidate for a Patient Registrar position with one of our healthcare partners for a contract-to-hire opportunity based in Indianapolis, IN !
Responsibilities- Confirm demographic, financial, and clinical information with patients.
- Maintain professionalism while greeting patients and providing great customer service.
- Facilitate copay collection conversations with patients.
- Facilitate patient flow from point of entry to the destination.
- Some office, food service, or retail experience required.
- Ability to communicate effectively!
- Ability to go above and beyond with your customer service!
- 5:00 PM to 5:00 AM rotating schedule with alternating weekends (Overnight after daytime training)
- 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM rotating schedule with alternating weekends (Overnight after daytime training)
