Pediatrician Opportunity In Cleveland, Texas

We are seeking a dedicated Pediatrician for a clinic-based opportunity in Cleveland, Texas. The client is looking for a long-term commitment from a compassionate and motivated provider.

Compensation: Competitive salary plus production incentive (negotiated based on experience)

Position Details:

• Patients Per Day: Average 25
• EMR System: eClinicalWorks
• Practice Setting: Outpatient clinic-based
• Schedule: MondayFriday (4 or 5 days per week)

The ideal candidate values evidence-based medicine and is comfortable providing comprehensive pediatric care from newborns through adolescence. This role includes collaboration with clinical staff and leadership of mid-level providers and nursing staff.

Required Qualifications:

Active Texas medical license (MD or DO)

Completion of an approved Pediatric residency program

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics

Texas DEA certificate (required before start date)

CPR certification

Responsibilities:

Provide direct primary care to pediatric patients (newborn through adolescence)

Perform well-child visits, immunizations, and preventive care

Diagnose and treat acute and chronic pediatric conditions

Participate in the development of clinic protocols and procedures to ensure quality medical care

Participate in utilization and peer review programs evaluating medical staff performance

Provide supervision and consultation to nurse practitioners and physician assistants

Offer consultation services via telephone accessibility as necessary
