Position Overview

As a Pharmacist with Pharmacy Innovations, you will work closely with pharmacy technicians, management, and healthcare providers to ensure exceptional patient care and an outstanding pharmacy experience. You will play a key role in daily pharmacy operations while helping patients optimize their therapy through personalized medication solutions.

Responsibilities

• Verify prescriptions accurately and efficiently
• Manage workflow and support daily pharmacy operations
• Counsel patients on medications, therapies, and disease state management
• Collaborate with providers and pharmacy staff to optimize patient outcomes
• Participate in new and ongoing clinical programs and patient care initiatives
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and company policies
• Deliver exceptional customer service in a patient-centered environment

Qualifications

• Active, clear Pennsylvania Pharmacist License required
• Previous pharmacist experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Passion for personalized medicine and patient care

Schedule

Monday – Friday - 8:30 a.m. – 6:30 p.m. and rotating Saturdays 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
