Physical Therapist - Rehabilitation ServicesScheduleDays (0800-1630) with no weekends.Job DescriptionThe Rehabilitation teams evaluate and treat patients with injuries or conditions that have caused either a decline in physical mobility or functional independence. In addition to acute and swing bed rehab, a variety of outpatient services are offered including sports and orthopedic rehab, pediatric rehab, neurological and stroke rehab, balance and dizziness rehab, wheelchair seating, and neck, back, and extremity care. The position is within a large and well-equipped outpatient therapy department located in a 25-bed critical access hospital, providing a dynamic and supportive therapy environment with professional camaraderie and 45-minute treatment times.ResponsibilitiesEvaluate and treat patients with various rehabilitation needs.Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.Collaborate with the rehabilitation team to enhance patient care.Documentation of patient progress and reporting to relevant stakeholders.Required Experience / Certifications / LicensureCurrent unencumbered Oregon Physical Therapy license required.Healthcare Provider Level BLS certification required.Ability to travel to multiple points of care.Assignment DurationThis is a 13-week contract position.Why ARMStaffing?At ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
