Graphic Designer – Journeyman Locations Annapolis Junction, MD Shifts Available Please note, candidates must be flexible. Shift times are general hours; some projects may require earlier or later reporting based on customer requirements. Job Description IDS is seeking an experienced Graphic Designer – Journeyman, for ADG Creative, an IDS subsidiary, to support creative design initiatives across print, digital, branding, and multimedia platforms. This role involves producing high-quality visual content, collaborating with creative teams, and contributing to the development of engaging design solutions aligned with client and brand objectives. Key Duties Designs and iterates strategic creative solutions across print, branding, UX/UI, social media, video, and digital campaigns Participates in brainstorming sessions and contributes to idea generation Assists with research, mood boarding, concept development, and execution of design work Produces creative deliverables aligned with strategic direction and user/client needs Communicates design decisions clearly with project teams Stays current with design trends, tools, and technologies Participates in customer discovery sessions and takes notes as needed Organizes and maintains design files with correct structure, naming conventions, and storage procedures Maintains accountability for timelines and deliverables Contributes to team culture and collaboration within ADG Performs other duties as assigned Requirements Bachelor’s degree in a related field OR Associate’s degree or High School Diploma with 7 years of experience Minimum 3 years of experience (aligned to the education substitution structure above) Portfolio required Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly required Compensation $90,000k - $110,000k Benefits Employee may be required to occasionally lift and/or move moderate amounts of weight, typically less than 20 pounds, but may vary depending on the position.
